Cons -

Stairs to access the room, steep and several steps and difficult to get luggage up, staff not always available to assist, only 1 staff member running everything, card was charged again upon checkout and had to call several times to ensure refund was given
There were no wash cloths in room. Room was dirty, headboard was stained, decor pillow was stained. Employees were not helpful, courteous or friendly.
Wish I'd check on bathtubs and hot tubs (which it did NOT have, but never said they did). Parking was fine, but tight with a truck.

Welcomed with a glass of champagne. Breakfast was quiche and coffee which we took back to our room. Rooms were clean and fresh.

Wish I'd check on bathtubs and hot tubs (which it did NOT have, but never said they did). Parking was fine, but tight with a truck.
