- What I liked best was leaving.
- Every member of the team was nice, helpful and kind. Outstanding!!!!
- Definitely don¿t change their sheets, when asked to change them, will gaslight that everything is perfect and they change their sheets even when they see hairs in the bed. Hairs on the toilet seat as well.
Cons -
- I think the positive reviews found online about Laguna Inn and Suites are fake, paid reviews. It is surrounded by noise all night long, mattress lumpy, no coffee maker in the room even though you're paying $---, and overall a sad, dingy place. Avoid!
- The bedding and pillows smelled like cigarettes.
- Minimal parking, poor hotel and area security, train horn blasts multiple times in the night that goes by right across the street, loud enough to make you jump up wide awake. Never want to return.
