- the lobby as very clean and inviting
- Easy to ask the front desk for anything. The breakfast is also nice to eat.
- Friendly, service oriented and accommodating. Had to stay an additional night, but couldn?t stay in same room, staff made sure I was able to relocate to a room across the hall

- The AC was super loud but tolerable

- Noise level from adjacent room on a particular night was excessive. Took 3 calls to front desk to get someone to do something about it
