The room was a nice size not cramped but I did book the hearing impaired and it was bigger than the regular double queen. The breakfast had a good selection of food. The location was easy to get to. This location has a water dispenser in the lobby so that was a huge plus. I am an avid water drinker so being able to fill my water containers was a nice surprise. Loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from PayPal headquarters, as a side note.I would recommend this location as a laid-back place to stay
The breakfast ended to early. When traveling I like to sleep in. The door to the room did not block outside noise so I could hear people walking and talking and knocking on adjacent doors. At one time, I thought someone was knocking on my door but it was across the hall. And on the TV, there needs to be more streaming apps or flexibility to add more. Please remove the bed toppers. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow and please get firmer pillows. They don't give support to the head and shoulders, even after stacking multiple

Ants ? in original room, BAD in the bathroom, requested another room which also had ants, not as severe, didn't see any til the 2nd night. $10 per night parking ? hair (long dark) in shower (wall and floor) ? hoping this was an isolated incident, I've heard good things about this Hampton from frequent guests

Convenient location and adequate parking, nice staff, comfortable clean room and good breakfast options
Room was a little worn. The bed cover was freyed and had strings sticking out all over, but it was clean. Bathroom mirror and walls needed paint touch ups. Toilet Paper was really rough and uncomfortable. Entrance and exiting the main street was a bit confusing.

Centrally located to stores. The property was very clean outside and in. The rooms were spacious and quiet.
There was no where to sit to gather with family. The doors to the lobby area were shut and no one was allowed to go in past the breakfast serving time. My room had handles missing on drawers, lamps shade was crumbled, mold in the bathroom with a friendly cockroach in the bathroom. Woke up the day we were checking out to a leak in the room that soaked the carpet. Told front desk, they asked “did you leave a faucet running all night?”. ?

The front desk person was pleasant which, after an 8 hour drive was very nice to have. The hotel was clean. They had a free breakfast which was adequate - I had their egg white omelet, hash brown patty (a bit hard) and kielbasa type sausage and some oatmeal. There was also some kind of crescent pastry, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and of course coffee. Their queen bed was comfortable. No weird dips or too hard or too soft.Temp control was good although the air blew a bit hard even on low fan setting.Room was next to elevator but it was quiet! Location was good.Parking (costs extra) was easy. This hotel had a lot going for it but a couple things erased all that for us. YMMV.
1. The bathroom faucet was installed so that water coming out is as close to the edge of the sink as possible. The result is you can't wash your hand in the sink without touching the sides of the sink. If you wash your hand above the sink you splash water all over. It's ridiculous and gets more and more irritating with repeated use. Please see my photos to get an idea what I'm talking about.2. They gave away our King with sofa bed room I reserved but did not tell us at check-in. We arrived rather late in the night and were ready to crash. My husband being 6'3 needed a King sized bed for a good night's sleep because he had done a lot of the driving. Instead we shared the queen and his feet were sideways to stay in bed which made it so I had less than half the space. To add insult to injury, I was told they would not charge us extra for giving away our bigger room and giving us a smaller two queen room! I didn't argue but really, they owe us, not the other way around. The above two were deal breakers for us in ever coming back to this hotel. We passed on other hotels closer to the university we were visiting because the other hotels only had queens and we wanted a King/sofabed combination. When I called the front desk I was told what we had reserved, a room with a King and a sofabed, was sold out (well okay, but at the time we reserved there were at least 5 others available so you sold ours after we reserved!)Additional dislikes is that we had to ask twice for extra blanket, soap and conditioner bottles on wall were totally empty (thankfully we had our own). We needed another set of towels since there were only enough for two, housekeeping guy who delivered the towels and later the blanket didn't crack a smile. Doorbell was for the hearing impaired (which we didn't ask for that kind of room) and when housekeeping rang it it sounded like a fire alarm - very loud and alarming.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean. Airport shuttle was good. The breakfast was good and breakfast area was comfortable.
No bolt lock on the door. The bathroom door doesn’t lock. The shower did not have a tub, so water was on bathroom floor after taking a shower. The outlets to plug up my phone charger on the night stand would not hold the charger.

The receptionist who answered the phone when I called to make my reservation was curt, abrupt, and discourteous. Parking, especially for handicap guests should be free.
