The location is good. It was close to places that I needed to go. Parking was plentiful and very accessible.When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by Priscilla and Miguel. Priscilla was very fast and efficient. She knows and does her job well! Miguel is security and was warm and funny unlike some security that makes you feel like you're doing something wrong when you know you aren't! When you have a good interaction as a first impression, you know that could either make or break a stay.
The door to the tub and toilet is really close. You have to maneuver out of the way. The tub didn't drain well while showering. The heater moisture leaves squishy carpet on the outside. Some things could be updated like technology outlets.

Nice pool area with a hot tub. Good location
AC next to the bed. Blows onto you. Smells like old dust. Half of gym equipment doesn’t work.

It is a beautiful location.
The staff was not customer friendly or adequate. They didn'twant to give two extra towels. Only partiallycleaned the room between days of my stay. The airport shuttledid not run as advertised. The advertised restaurant and bar are closed. Many bad issues.

Cleanliness and layout of the room was good.
The staff was horrible. Charged me a smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the room. Room keys stopped working went to the front desk to get them fixed and they still didn't work. Would not recommend booking a room here. Difficult to find room

No late check out it feels like you been rushed to pack up and go cause they will charge
