This hotel is in a perfect location. We were able to attend a baseball game and walk back to our room easily. The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly.
The design of the bathroom door should be improved. Most people are used to a bathroom door that actually closes completely. The sliding door covered the door, but it wasn't flush against the wall so there was a gap and you could see into the room. It was too bad because everything else at the hotel was great.

Room was spacious
Door to bathroom had glass that let light into room. Not sure why this is a feature and a bit bothersome when sleeping and someone used bathroom.

The location was nice.
Extremely expensive for two nights. Parking not being included in the $600 price tag was ridiculous. The walls were dirty and the view was a brick wall. I do not think the price matches what I received at all. $165 for parking?! Ridiculous, I will not be back.

Location was perfect for an event at Oracle Park. Good value for an expensive location.
The elevator went out, preventing us from using the Rooftop Bar for a small gathering we had planned.

The location was great. Right across from the ball park.
The staff treated us like an inconvenience from start to finish. The parking situation could not be worse and my attempts to resolve them were also treated like an inconvenience. The valet guys were nice but all of the women working in the hotel seemed bothered by any request for hospitality. At the price we paid, I would have thought we would be welcomed warmly. It seems as tho only the high end guests are welcome despite paying good money for our stay.

Very clean and very quiet hotel.Staff we interacted with were very welcoming, kind and professional. The beds were comfortable. Felt safe.
The in room coffee machine was not easy to use.
