Staff were friendly and helpful.
It wasn’t clean, didn’t feel clean at all. We had a false fire alarm when we were there, with a little baby. We were petrified and no staff came up to us to assure us! It was a disgrace to be honest, we were petrified, especially having to run down 9 flights of stairs with a baby. The shower was falling apart, the bath was dirty, the room was stuffy.

The welcome and check in was really great. Ewerithing was prepared and staff really so kindly and profesionální. The room was clean. Just one more time I should appreciate the reception desk staff - those guys was excellent. Thank you.

The hotel is clean even though it's quite small. The rooms a nice and spacious.
We were charged a deposit on our card which was as much as the stay! There is no mention of this at the time of booking. Also I have been charged $123 on my card which has still not been reversed even after 1 month of staying at the hotel. The area outside the hotel is extremely unsafe. My friends and I were walking at 9:30pm and it was really scary with a lot of drugged and homeless people around.

Good location, extremely spacious room, very comfortable bed. Staff were very polite, courteous & helpful especially Pierre on reception, couldn’t have made our first trip to San Francisco more welcoming.

I had a conference at the Marriott Hotel which was located right across from the Zelos. The location was very convenient. Also, there were many good restaurants closed to the hotel. The staff were kind and generous, greeting us every day.
The food items from the hotel were a bit pricey. Also, we did not know that we will get $10 coupon if we do not request to clean the room per day. I wish the staff could have explained it to us when we checked in.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very solid hotel overall. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable – just what we needed for a city stay.
The price was a bit too high, but the overall experience and quality made it worth it.
