Hotel is in a good location for the site seeing, especially if you do not mind a walk. Cable cars just outside if walking is not your thing. staff are very friendly & helpful. Good choice of breakfast menu, expensive but on par with San Francisco as a whole. Overall a good choice of hotel.
The room we were in faces the parking court yard so we were disturbed by noise.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and nice workout zone. Central and close to Union Square.
The elevators are terrible- can wait 15 minutes to go up or down

Good location, nice clean and comfortable room, good service.
I paid for this booking at the time of making the booking. I stayed for 4 nights. Upon checking in, I was asked to pay $100 per day as a holding deposit which would be adjusted against any charges that I might incur. I spent about $24 which I charged to my room. When I checked out, I asked about the refund of $376. I was told the balance would be credited to my account within 2 weeks. I have not received the refund. Please follow up with the hotel.Thank you

Great location, lovely room, stunning view of the skyline. Staff friendly and helpful.
Lifts not working and long waits to get to our room on the 8th floor.

The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room. It is well situated. The amenities, gym, restaurant and breakfast bar were all great to have at finger tips.The bed was comfortable.
We had to get an extra bed, and it was not comfortable to sleep on and had to pay for it.

Good hotel, well maintained, good staff, good location, good breakfast
No restaurant (although offering a few hot food choices in the lobby bar). The hills of SF take pedestrians the breath away when walking toward the hotel

Gym facilities are awesome
Paper cups wrapped in a plastic bags in the room. It's OK to use but plastic usage could be better. Breakfast is a pricey for vegetarian, pay full price for a few options is not cool.

First is the cleanliness of room. They clean every day
The lift is scary. It shaking and there is a sound like it will stop working. The overhead room indicator light of the lift is not working. Poor wall insulation that can be heard the noise next to your door. No room to hang clothes for for a couple with longer days of stay
