- Very nice hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff.
- The room was spacious with a good view.
- The location is perfect! I can easily walk to Chinatown, Union Square and all great restaurants the city offers. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable! Staff is AMAZING!

- There was constant noise at night inlcuding an intermittent humming sound coming from within the walls.
- There are a lot of unhoused people in the neighborhood who don't have access to bathrooms.
