Pros +
- It still has the old time SF feel, the old architecture and design, updated and clean.
- Front desk lady at check in was very nice. (she was a new employee and very friendly and helpful).
- Location & the onsite restaurant Fino. I had a lovely dinner at the bar.
Cons -
- Room was small, heater didn’t work, ceiling fan didn’t work, when showering bath tub filled up above ankles and didn’t drain, parking quite expensive and not mentioned in listing. Definitely not a 4 star rating hotel, barely a 3.
- Bath was SUPER small. I'm 6'1" and hit my knees on the pedestal sink when sitting down.
- The bed was very hard it felt as the mattress had not been replaced for several years
