Nice location, price was okay compared to the surrounding area, clean and good for a short trip/ stay.
Rooms are very small, the bathroom is so tiny ( be warned it’s so small it’s borderline ridiculous), the room AC worked on and off. First night it just stopped working all together despite me turning it off and back on and my whole family was sweating the entire first night sleeping.

The hotel is centrally located, very good location.
The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, with access to the toilet being rather inconvenient. The beds are not very comfortable for two guests, and the breakfast selection was very limited. Additionally, the lack of a concierge or basic amenities does not reflect the standards typically expected from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Excellent location. Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
It is making the best of its confinements but it is small. The breakfast areas are small; the workout area is stuffy without windows and good ventilation. The room refrigerator was sitting in a cabinet, generating heat which was warming the room.

Hotel Triton stood out for its excellent location – just steps away from the entrance to Chinatown, which was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Union Square, the Financial District, and the Ferry Building were also within walking distance, so we didn’t need to worry about transportation at all.The interior of the hotel has a unique character – a mix of artsy and retro. The rooms are simple but cozy and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. While it’s not a luxury hotel, its location, atmosphere, and cleanliness make it a great choice for travelers who want to experience the heart of San Francisco.
Housekeeping never showed up during our entire 5-night stay. No one came to empty the trash or replace the towels, which was surprising and disappointing.I had prepaid for breakfast with the room, but this turned out to be a very basic “grab-and-go” offering – which was not clearly mentioned during booking. The photos showed a restaurant next door, which is open for breakfast and looks like part of the deal – but it’s not included.

I was there for a SF Giants baseball weekend. location was excellent for Oracle Park (20 minute walk), next to China town, close to Union Square and about a 30 minute walk to Pier 39. Was able to walk most places. The hotel was comfortable, staff was good and seemed well maintained. enjoyed my stay.
not a great area to serve the continental breakfast, waited in line for over 30 minutes but that is probably because i came down near the end of it. next day I came down earlier and waited nowhere near as long.
