Pros +

• Location, clean, quiet hours, not a lot of rooms, responsive staff, ¿residential¿ setting, free parking, fridge
• It is a very nice hotel. It does not have a restaurant or bar, but it does not need them because there are so many local eating and drinking establishments in close proximity. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
• Central hotel with off road free (secure) parking. Easy walk or bus to Fishermans wharf. Great plces to eat locally on Polk street.Hotel staff very helpful. Hotel was quiet even though it is on a busy street

Cons -

• Smoke detector in room was not working. We were promptly moved to another room. No maid service due to sick employee. We were not notified. We had to ask for new towels. They were brought to our room. Forgot to ask for more cups and coffee.
• Washing sink area is open plan to bed area, that is no door or screen. The light over sink automatically activates when going to restroom disturbing my wife's sleep during night. Have to walk into sink area then bathroom causing light to activate
• Make sure your fridge is turned on.
