- Very helpful staff especially late night when we arrived very late almost mid-night

- Sign for entrance: Missing it leads directly onto the interstate, adding a 30-minute detour back to the hotel. Clearer signage would make it easier to locate the entrance, as it's just the next one.
- Breakfast was items like frozen waffles and wonderbread, with a cereal machine that smashes cornflakes. Parking was a mess. Staff was not friendly.
