- The location was great!. The hotel sits pretty much in the middle of Old Town. Very close proximity to shops, restaurants and the trolly station. The on-site restaurant "The Old Tequila Factory" has really delicious food.
- The elevator was broken, and I had to climb the stairs. I did not like this hotel at all.

Cons -
- Everything was great with exception of the room furnishings. The furniture is a little out dated, but wasn't a big deal. Everything was clean and functional.
- Their parking spaces were too small, and other guests parked in two spaces. The parking structure was full, and I had to park on the street. The door handle to the room was broken. The paneling on the inside of the door was broken.
- You could hear all sound in rooms near you and in area in front of door
