- The decor and greenery around the hotel
- Swimming pool
- The location was right across from where I needed to go, the staff, especially at the front desk and at the restaurant, were professional, friendly, informative and provided caring service. Security came soon to address noisy neighbors.
Cons -
- The staff was very rude at Firefly, no water pressure, a/c did not work correctly.
- The room was very rundown. Needs to be upgraded . Lots of noise in our room.
- Motel like atmosphere including not providing information that there were no elevators to second floor so had to carry my luggage upstairs. No separation from nearby public park so public can walk right up to your front door.
