- Hidden fees, extremely dirty, facilities run down (especially the room itself), staff not friendly (with a few exceptions)
- Room wasn?t cleaned could be better stains on curtains and floor was so dirty and side of the bed had brown stains didn?t get room cleaned had to call for clean towels
- I called to ask about getting there early and there was a vague reply. When checking in I asked about the Mother?s Day brunch and they did not know price told me hadTo go ove. The bathroom door does not lock or stay closed, shower did not drain
