- The staff, with the exception of the very first gentleman we spoke with on the phone at time of booking, was very uninterested in providing customer service. Hospitality is not something they pride themselves on in hiring for the front desk.
- The room smelled like strong cleaning products covering up urine. There was a huge crack under the door so we could hear customers arguing with staff about how room wasn't to their standards
