- The bed was great. The pillows too hard for me.

- The room was nice and clean, and the gentleman that checked me I was very nice and he ordered me a cab for my early morning flight
Cons -
- The floors, though easy to clean are cold on the bare feet.
- We wanted to stay at a close place offering shuttle service but San Bruno is not the greatest location to stay. Ordered supper in.
- Room telephone did not work-no dial tone Shower head sprayed water on towels, toilet, trash can, floor Could not reach hotel with courtesy phone or personal cell phone
