- Staff was excellent.
- Right across the street from the capitol and near a lot of great restaurants.
- Bed was very comfortable
Cons -
- Paying for parking.
- The hotel had a beautiful lobby, but the rooms and hallways are not nice. It?s dark and kind of creepy in the maze of hallways. My room was very dusty, the mirror in the bathroom had a weird smudge on it, and the walls had stains.
- Check in process was short & curt- here is your key. No additional info was offered, I had to ask where the elevators were.It would have been nice to be told I needed the key card to access my floor. Another couple in the elevator had the same issue
