I love this hotel and this was my 2nd time back. However, the first room on this trip had dirty stained floors, cold water in the shower and water pressure was horrible
I asked the front desk to switch me rooms the 2nd night. I was on a family trip to visit a family member who was transitioning and didn?t need all this inconveince.
