- Pool and hot tub were cold. There maintenance contractors could not figure ou why the boiler kept turning off.
- Room size
- I was very happy that they handled there broken pool problem by letting us use the pool next door. I have stayed here many time a will stay again.
Cons -
- Breakfast was very poor, there was long line and no food. Management need better planning and customer friendly
- No, everything else eas wonderful. Especially the employees. They make the hotel worth it. Even with the hot tub not working. But rhat was a big disappointment because I depend on that for lupus.
