- The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable
- The location was amazing. Staff is very friendly and inclusive. The Marina View rooms provide stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Torrance Beach mountains on clear days. Great place to enjoy sunsets and pool days while getting your workout on

Cons -
- Food service hours were inconvenient. It would have been better to open the breakfast earlier than 7am the way most other hotels do
- Staff was rude, place was dirty, checkin was horrible, keys were soiled, coffee maker didn't work. $3 for a bottle of water IN the room!?! after spedmning $--- on the room for a night?? Total ripoff. There are MUCH better options in the area.
- We had to switch rooms at 0100 hrs local due to malfunctioning HVAC and only one robe was in the new room. It appears I am being charge for one robe which was never in the room.
