Pros +

  • Location was perfect. The hotel is right around the corner from many restaurants. On Sunday mornings there is a lovely farmers marker around the corner.
  • The staff was GREAT! Very helpful. Cute little, quaint motel. Very spacious room!!
  • The reception staff.

Cons -

  • I was disappointed the pool wasn't open.
  • It is on a very busy road. We did not lose any sleep. If a light sleeper bring earplugs.
  • It's a bit noisy as it faces El Camino Real, a major street that is always busy.

Location... and it is retro charming.
We had an unhappy child in the room next to us... and not much sound proofing. The check-in process was easy and the guy at the desk very nice... but he was locked in, sliding a pen and paper through small window. Felt like must be unsafe neighborhood.
