Cons -

- There was no soap (bodywash) available for traveling guest. Dispenser was empty. Not enough hotel staff to even accommodate us. We had to walk downstairs, no one was available to bring us anything. Also sheets had several strands of human hair in it.
- Staff is rude. Pool is really cool water is impossible to get inside
