Early departures are nonrefundable. Guests need to contact the hotel during business hours to find out how to gain access to the property. Please note: This property does not have daily housekeeping. To set up a towel and trash pick-up for your room, please stop by reception. Additional cleaning has an additional surcharge. Please note: The property does not provide a 24-hour front desk. If you plan on arriving after hours, please contact the front desk during normal business hours to inform them prior to your arrival. Please note: Trading Places will appear on your credit card statement. Please note: Entry to Desert Breezes Resort is off of Ferd Waring Drive. The gate on Washington street closes at 19:00 hours. All access to Desert Breezes is through the Ferd Waring entrance please. Please note: The resort has no accessible units for the disabled. The second-story units have several stairs leading to the front door and there are no elevators with access to the units. Guests must be able to walk stairs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 300.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
