The room was decent, clean and comfortable. The items were stocked well. The breakfast was prepared well and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful.
It was advertised to have a heated pool however, the pool was NOT heated. It was ice cold. We chose this hotel for that singular reason so our kids could use the pool. Also, the breakfast was very confusing. It was set up like a self serve yet while attempting to get our food we were told that part was extra and our vouchers (which were paid upon reservation) were for only a few items on a menu. However, there were no instructions given at check-in nor upon arriving at the restaurant for breakfast. It was very confusing and frustrating yet the staff helped us tremendously and made it a much better experience than it could have been.
