Cons -
- There was no water pressure in the shower felt like a mister machine not a shower. Pillows were 20 years old it seems. One of my worst hotel experiences ever.
- There was no HOT WATER for shower. The staff s customer svc skill was poor. We want 50pct refund
- the rooms are not serviced everyday, which is fine; however, when my room was serviced, the glass and mug that I used was put back dirty, the sugar/creamers were not replenished and counters not wiped.

Leaving it.
