It was close to restaurants and beach.

This place was very dirty; so dirty we didnÂ¿t feel comfortable walking around without shoes . We were able to get clean towels, and that was the extent of customer service. No one came to clean, change out sheets, or take out the trash.
Room was disgusting shower curtains full of mold, sheets were dirty, there were pubic hairs on sheets and pillows.
This hotel is so bad that it shouldn't be on your company's list.

The location is very good. It is accessable by public transportation. It is close to the beach.

Front desk is not staffed. You will call a phone number to get someone to come out. There is no hot water. The sink top is not secured. It may fall off when leaned on. Bathroom grouting is like a 60 years old house. Dirty floor.
