- The desk staff was amazing ! She recognized us when we came in and took excellent care in our check in and was very informative re: rewards, etc
- Convenient on and off highway access
- it was very clean.
Cons -
- The two buses full of rude children at breakfast time. A little more parental guidance could've been applied. One ran into my boyfriend, didn't apologize and they were cutting in front of adults already in line for food.
- It took about 3 hours for room to cool down. Air conditioner and refrigerator were turned completely off when we checked in. The food that we put in there had to be thrown away. The sofa bed did not appear to have clean linens.
