Cons -

Got a room with no working TV. Brought to managements attention and didnt accommodate with another room. Had to listen to footsteps and bed banging noise from upstairs and downstairs tenant all night long. Working TV might have blocked noise.

Friendly hotel staff.

I paid an extra $75 for a harbor/ocean view and when I got to the room the view was horrible and the window was surprisingly dirty.
