Convenient location, clean and secure and adamently non-smoking, which I appreciate.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, nice hot shower. Yes the motel is old and a bit rundown, and the area is a bit shabby, but you knew that when you booked and you were not paying $--- a night.

Cons -

Very noisy corner traffic (Sat evening) and boomy music from nearby (club?). Code violations: no working smoke, CO detectors, paint-blocked combustion vent. Faucets need qualified plumber. Replace yucky bath doorknob, Just a sliver of soap for shower.
Everything, its strays and crackheads everywhere, the rooms have roaches&other strange bugs, i went into the office to check out&something fell from the ceiling right in front of me it was the most scariest looking bug ever! ended up getting diff hotel
There was feces on the bathroom floor and all the towels were very dirty. The hotel is located in a homeless and drug infested neighborhood
