Pros +

  • I liked its ?40?s swanky atmosphere and all the wonderful posters and celebrity photos posted at the entrances. All reminiscent of its past Mammoth history.
  • Great jacuzzi and other common facilities (bar, fireplace, etc.)
  • Comfortable beds, room tailored to snowboarders and skiers. Sauna steamroom. Lobby of hotel has cool fireplace and bar area. Mammoth has become unaffordable and most of the places charge a ton of $ with nothing in return this place had it all!

Cons -

  • The hotel has been renovating rooms the past couple of years. I was in a section/room that was still not renovated.
  • My room wasn?t ready on time. I was finally able to get into my room at 5pm. Once I was in my room the bed sheets were dirty and never changed. The room looked like it was never cleaned. Disappointed in every aspect.
