- Not worth the payment I made
- Poor snow removal in parking area and steps leading up to the building walkway. It was slippery and uneven ice and compacted snow around my car and steps. I needed to be very careful carrying bags from the car. Last snowfall was 5 days before I arrived.
- Cleanliness was a major issue
