Holiday Lodge

Pros +

• Nothing, it was disgusting
• Manager is top notch. The smile on his face even though I didn?t , It Broke the ice quickly. I felt at Home. He treated me like a customer visiting from out of town! I was cordial sincere kind, and never broke professionalism
• The highlight of Holiday Lodge is The Staff.The room could've been cleaner but the Staff go above & beyond. They are REAL,sincere individuals who are genuinely concerned for their guests.Hospitality A++

Cons -

• It was filthy roach infested & vile I called you and tried to cancel & get refund but was told ?NO REFUND? I ended up going somewhere else the 2nd day
• I didn?t care for most of the clientele. I didn?t care that they seemed a little standoffish. Maybe I?m just a friendly person when I?m traveling or staying in places like hotel rooms for a night or two
• The door to the room didn't fit the frame. A large gap underneath left me uneasy.The furnishings have seen better days & carpeting is horribly stained.A little update would make all the difference in the world here.
