Very quiet area.
Bed was comfy
Pretty good rate for the area. Room was quite nice and had a huge sectional couch, although bedding could be improved. Better than I remember from my last stay.

We stayed for 2 days, housekeeping didn't show for the 2nd day, we had to use the dirty towels
Rudest front desk !!
Peculiar & annoying: Staff KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR to remind you it's almost checkout time. Doesn't offer 'do not disturb' tags. Manager OK but not very friendly. $10 remote deposit. Heater fan on & off intermittently throughout night. Bare minimum pillows.

I chose this hotel due to the location, 2-star level, and the review rating.

The staff had poor customer service skills. During check-in, manager came off as bad-tempered. About 20 minutes before check-out, manager kept knocking on door until I opened it - to apparently make sure I was awake. Never staying here again.
