- Walking distance to Grand Central Market great for cheap eats
- Customer service is beyond the level of any other hotel I have ever stayed in.
- Comfortable and quiet despite being DTLA.
Cons -
- Lack of room service 24/7
- I have to call twice for them to get whatever I may request. First just a towel count and secondly, the flooded bathtub.
- The hotel staff left a lot to be desired. Charged extra for a third person but failed to provide the extra bed for the third person. Staff was rude and lied.
