- Staff was the most hospitable, caring, accommodating and polite receptionist I?ve ever had the pleasure of working with at any hotel I?ve ever stayed at. Made our stay all the warmer and delightful!
- the hotel was clean and location was safe and quiet. the room was clean and all staff was professional and nice

- the beds were smaller then the queens and the opening to the room was very narrow. I hate ballet and needed access to the car and was not a fan of paying 56 a day for a service not helpful. on check out my billing was messed up, still waiting.
- Room was not cleaned There was blood on the sheet when we arrived Housekeeping was nonexistent Front desk manager was not at all helpful
- Yes plenty. I sent pictures to management and they did not even respond. I had 3 guests total and they only gave 2 bath towels and 1 of the 2 had holes in it . The shower head was pulled 4 inches away from the wall . The elevator was horribly slow .
