Pros +
- The cleanliness overall.
- I loved the location of this hotel and the beautiful views it offered of the city. You check in on the 34th floor which is unique and you are welcomed by a gorgeous view. The outdoor patio la la is beautiful.
- The front desk was so nice and accommodating.
Cons -
- Missing the signature smell in the room, suite was okay, great view, no dining table. bed, couch, desk with chair, small round side table. Asked for cutlery, got plastic set no napkin in sight.
- We were hating the room so the bathroom set up was not ideal, limited privacy doors are see through and there isn?t a private space to change. Additionally the outdoor patio was only open when we checked in after that it was closed for an event & repairs
- I did not like that the hotel charges you for a resort fee when we are unable to access the pool on weekends due to private parties. Breakfast buffet consisted of only 4 hot dishes.
