Pros +
- It was a place to sleep close to where we were going
- Beautiful lobby and rooms
- The entrance and lobby is well kept. The staff at the reception was suuper nice and friendly!
Cons -
- The numerous things that needed to be fixed in our room, the lack of caring staff.
- I would say the bathroom could use and update. The door to the bathroom is really outdated. When we arrived the guy didn‘t really wanted to help us with our bags, even though they have these golden carts/trollys to put the luggages on.
- The pool and spa were filthy with both black and green algae growing in them. We literally went there to swim and soak in the hot tub. The filter system is obviously broken and when you look into the filter on the spa it has black water in it and there are dead bees and bugs floating all in the spa. Their complimentary pool towels are basically hard towels that are a hundred years old and super scratchy. If we hadn't gone to swim and soak it would have been fine but the pool is a health hazard and that's why we went.
