- location is wonderful and staff is helpful and friendly.
- Location, view and parking.
Cons -
- Only real issue is... it's older construction with no sound insulation, so if you're on the first floor, you get noise from the room above you.
- Extremely dirty. Long black hairs in the bathroom, tub, bedding. Gross! Floor looked liked it hadn't been tended to for weeks. The couch and chairs need to be replaced. They could invest a little bit of money and clean the unit and make a huge difference.

Location, location, location.
