National Hotel Jackson, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Pros +

• Location, quiet, well decorated for the holidays, nice desk clerks.
• The historical theme
• It¿s a very old hotel with plenty of charm, antiques, and a great staff. Since it¿s old and it was a very rainy day, it was a bit musty. The breakfast was nice and they were kind enough to leave it open for us past the 9 AM closing.

Cons -

• No coffeemaker in room, no small fridge for leftovers, (items which could be found in lesser star rating motels..)
• Handicapped parking could be closer.
• The rooms aren't very soundproof. I was on top floor facing Main Street and could hear every car drive by. But earplugs helped! Bad weather knocked out the electricity, so no power in the morning (not hotel's fault). Needs a bar or complimentary wine hour
