Pros +
- The staff was friendly and the woman doing the breakfast was very polite and helpful.
- The customer service and front desk check in was great, receptionist was very nice and helpful. I loved the new complimentary breakfast.
- Service was a bright spot. The staff we interacted with were nice and helpful, and we didn’t have any issues with the employees themselves.
Cons -
- The room smelled like smoke, the handle door to the bathroom was falling apart. The shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty.
- The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was not heated that would have been great.
- My stay at Best Western Airpark Hotel - LAX Airport LA Stadium was pretty disappointing overall, especially compared to how the property looks online.The room felt dirty, and that immediately affected the experience. The toilet technically worked, but every time it was flushed it made a very loud, mechanical whirring noise, which was unsettling and hard to ignore.The location is just okay. It’s farther from LAX than expected, and unlike many nearby airport hotels, there’s no shuttle service, which makes getting to and from the airport less convenient.One thing worth noting is that the photos online look much better than the reality, so expectations should be set accordingly. We also encountered a few rude guests, though that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault.Overall, this place might work in a pinch, but cleanliness and accuracy of listing photos really need improvement for it to be worth recommending.
