- Location X 3 Has a big ocean view and close proximity therewith.
- Staff was friendly
- We had an ocean view without knowing it! The room was great and staff was awesome. The location was very central and parking was always easy with lots of room. The breakfast was great with an ocean view too! Much better than we expected! Highly Recommend
Cons -
- They allow smokers to smoke by handicap parking. Carpets were filthy. No maintenance people in afternoon. Curtains and drapes shredded. No jacuzzi working. Construction going on no warning ahead of arrival or when making reservation.
- Needs a better interior decorator re: paint job and flooring. BTW the heavy furniture is ok by me, i.e. couches, tables and chairs. Breakfast lounge and lobby need a talented interior decorator to do justice to this nice beach hotel.

We had an ocean view without knowing it! The room was great and staff was awesome. The location was very central and parking was always easy with lots of room. The breakfast was great with an ocean view too! Much better than we expected! Highly Recommend
Towels were typical for this level hotel. Elevator did go down a couple of times which would only have been a problem if it had happened when we were checking in or out, which it didn't. We didn't use the pool because it was cold out but it looked tiny.
