- TV was big!Room was clean.
- very clean towels, comfortable and very clean bed/beddings, quiet and safe, sufficient parking, very close to groceries such as Safeway and Trader's Joes, and close to Chase bank, very good housekeeping and checks cleaning every day, clean floors and clean bathroom and restroom, "homey" and reception staff very professional and friendly.

- Breakfast had no chair or table! Had to carry to the 4th floor room to eat.Had to leave at 10:00 for a funeral.Hard to find! Had to use Google maps to find it!No simplified route to Castro Valley Redwood exit

- Toilet valve was incorrect for toilet. Water ran all night if didn't shut off at valve.

Staff was exceptional. No BS credit hold or deposit.
Toilet valve was incorrect for toilet. Water ran all night if didn't shut off at valve.
