This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Third Party Payments: - A credit card authorization form is required if the “payer” (individual paying for the room) will not be present. - The credit card authorization form must be received and verified 72 hours prior to the arrival date. - Same day credit card authorization forms are not accepted. Parking: - Parking is guaranteed for 1 car per occupied room. - Parking is not available for large vehicles (RVs or trailers) on the property. - Street parking is available and subject to city regulations.
