Cleanliness and the size of the room.
The staff is the best!
The shower area, the parking (except it having a nightly cost instead of being simply free). And that it offered bar and restaurant options.

Cons -

Bed was not comfortable. It had a sag in both beds.
Hot tub needs resurfacing.
The bedroom areas was very dark and old, the bed needed to be changed long time ago. And sitting at the toilet was uncomfortable because it is too close from the wall.
