Pros +

The staff was great, so was the room. The river across the street is so beautiful and tranquil.
The location up in the canyon
This property was so peaceful! There is public access to the Kern river across the street

Cons -

Too many roughneck, loud tenants. No food,drinks or amenities available to purchase, no hot tub
The weather was pretty warm during our stay and the air conditioner was (although very thankful for it) very loud
The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING.
