- We stay at The Hyatt all the time we are in The area.Everyone that we came in contact with were all very attentive.Nice smiles and great service

- Whem i chceked inn the staff was very nice in the evening!!I booked a hotel for my daughter birthday unfortunately, our stay turned out like a nightmare. Both rooms were on each side of the elevator. We did not get no sleep. It was extremely loud hotel is very old. Out that my daughter room smelled like mold so the next day when we were checking out, I let the front desk know and they give me one of the manager name and we left.
Cons -
- The operation manager, Juliet was the one that I was supposed to call so the one day later, I called to speak with Juliet she put me on hold over 10 times and she never called back to apologize. She knew who I was and why I called because she had my number finally we were able to talk and she said oh the elevator was loud. You should’ve came in right away and changed the room we arrived at the hotel almost close to 10 PM and I did not have a crystal ball to know that we will not get no sleep due to loud elevator sound Juliet offer $10 with a lot of disrespect she said take it or leave it so I told her that she can keep the $10

The breakfast was great. The best breakfast ever had at any hotel we stayed at. Best staff I will highly recommend to others.
