- Location - easy access to wherever I went ; breakfast was good with many choices
- Location. Price. Service. Comfort. Environment. Great free breakfasts. Black Bear Diner next door.
- The location of the hotel was the only positive thing for me about this hotel.
Cons -
- No cleaning or bed making during the stay; no change of towels
- Fire alarm went off and all guests were at the mercy of the fire alarm until the fire department checked everything out and turned it off. Also, San Ramon has ?hard? water. Ugh.
- There was a rat running around in the lobby and the hallway were the bathrooms and the breakfast place are. There was no hand soap in the room or any body wash in the shower the room was cleaned once and still no hand soap or body wash was left.
