Pros +
- The shade in my room was broken. The front desk said they would send someone up which never happened. Also friends had bathrobes in their rooms. Not in mine
- What a beautiful resort—an absolutely stunning location right on the beach. The restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are all excellent, offering great variety and quality. The staff truly stand out: exceptionally well trained, organized, and genuinely attentive. An outstanding experience from start to finish
- It was very classy and vintage. The ambience was whelm maintained, and the staff or equally helpful.
Cons -
- It was a large property to get through. There wasn’t much negative other than how far the parking structure was to our room.
- It was too crowded with people that were not staying at the hotel
